Blooming Stories for Bright May Days-Fun Events Await!

Indie Author of the Week!

Lee Wright

Lee Wright is a visionary author, storyteller, and passionate explorer of the mystical and the unknown. As the creative force behind The Grand Mystics Saga, an ambitious five-book epic fantasy series, he weaves together ancient magic, legendary heroes, dark prophecies, unforgettable quests, and richly imagined worlds that transport readers far beyond the ordinary. When he’s not crafting tales in hidden realms or developing the next chapter of his saga, Lee thrives on connecting directly with readers and fans. He frequently appears at conventions, radio interviews, and in-person events—most notably his ongoing 2026 book signing tour across Kentucky. Highlights include stops at Barnes & Noble locations in Elizabethtown, Louisville, and Bowling Green, as well as LouisvilleCon, with additional May 2026 events such as the signing at From the Ground Up Books in Shepherdsville and La Grange. These gatherings offer fans the chance to meet Lee, get signed copies of The Emerald Scepter of Light, discuss the lore of the saga, and step personally into the mystical world he’s building.

Lee’s work draws inspiration from timeless legends, unexplained mysteries, and the

enduring human spirit of adventure. Whether through his books, videos, or live

appearances, he invites everyone to walk the mystic road, embrace the magic within, and join the growing community of readers and truth-seekers who believe in the power of story to illuminate even the darkest prophecies.

Paint the Pages: Tea and Tales Saturday May 21st at 6pm

in Shepherdsville location

Join us for Paint the Pages: Tea & Tales, a cozy evening built around books, creativity, and just slowing down for a bit.

We’ll start with tea and a freshly baked scone, then I’ll read a short scene from a book I’ve chosen. From there, you’ll paint whatever that scene brings to mind. There’s no right or wrong way to do it. This isn’t about being an artist. It’s about enjoying the experience and seeing where your imagination takes you.

Our first theme is Cozy & Enchanted. Think warm cottages, quiet woods, soft light, and stories that stay with you.

Each person will have everything they need:• All painting supplies• Tea• A scone from Rolling Scone Artisan Bakery• A canvas to take home

I’ll also have a small selection of books set out if you want to keep exploring the kind of story we’re stepping into that night.

Space is limited so we can keep it comfortable and relaxed.

$40 per person

If this sounds like your kind of evening, I’d love to have you there.

Join us as we help Kayla Davenport launch the fourth book in her Beyond the Gates series. Meet Kayla in person, pick your favorite book—or grab the whole series—and get your copy personally autographed! Don’t miss this special event celebrating a talented author and her captivating stories. See you there!

Kay has been an avid reader and writer her whole life. She'll consume almost any type of story, but her favorite to write are YA dystopians that delve into compelling characters and their struggles. When she's not reading, writing, or working as a freelance editor, she can likely be found binge-watching a Netflix show, spending time with friends and family, or playing with her guinea pigs. Beyond the Gates is her debut novel.
