SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

1. Submission Categories:

Writing Resource Books: Guides, manuals, and instructional books that offer practical advice, tools, and insights for writers of all levels.

Self-Help Non-Fiction: Books that provide readers with strategies for personal growth, mental wellness, and achieving their goals.
2. Submission Requirements:

Manuscript: Submit your complete manuscript in a Word document (.doc or .docx) or PDF format.

Length: Manuscripts should be between 10,000 to 80,000 words.

Format: Manuscripts must be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.

Cover Letter: Include a cover letter with your submission. This should contain your contact information, a brief biography, and a short description of your manuscript.

Synopsis: Provide a 1-2 page synopsis outlining the main points and structure of your book.
3. How to Submit:

Email Submissions: Send your manuscript, cover letter, and synopsis to publishing@ftgub.bom with the subject line: "Submission: [Title of Your Book] by [Your Name]".

4. Submission Guidelines:

Original Work: Ensure your submission is your original work and not previously published.

Multiple Submissions: You may submit multiple manuscripts, but please send each one as a separate submission.

Simultaneous Submissions: We accept simultaneous submissions. If your manuscript is accepted elsewhere, please notify us immediately.
5. Review Process:

Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your submission within two weeks.

Review Time: Our editorial team will review your manuscript, and you can expect a response within 8-12 weeks.

Feedback: Due to the volume of submissions, we cannot provide detailed feedback on every submission. However, if your manuscript is a good fit, we will reach out with further steps.
6. Rights and Royalties:

Grant of Rights: By submitting your manuscript, you grant From the Ground Up Books and Resources LLC the exclusive right to publish, distribute, and sell your work if a Publishing Agreement is offered by From the Ground Up Books and Resources LLC and signed by both the Publishing Company and the Author for the Work submitted.

Royalties: Authors will receive royalties based on the net sales of their book. Specific details will be discussed upon acceptance.
