Terms and Conditions for From the Ground Up Books and Books and Brews Box Effective Date: February 1, 2025 Thank you for subscribing to the Books and Brews Box by From the Ground Up Books. By purchasing or subscribing to our service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Subscription Plans * Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews every month until canceled. * Prepaid Plans: Options for 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscriptions, billed upfront. Prices: * Book-Only Subscription: $23/month. * Premier Subscription: $54/month. 2. Payment Terms * All subscriptions must be paid in advance via the payment methods provided at checkout. * Taxes and shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated during checkout. * Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date unless canceled. 3. Cancellation Policy * Subscribers may cancel their subscription anytime via their online account. * Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. * Prepaid plans are non-refundable but will not renew after the prepaid term ends. 4. Shipping and Delivery * First Shipment: Boxes ship starting February 15th, and subsequent boxes will ship by the 15th of each month. * Shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of From the Ground Up Books. * Subscribers must ensure their shipping address is accurate. Changes to shipping addresses must be updated at least 10 days before the next shipment. 5. Refunds and Returns * Subscriptions are non-refundable. * If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required. * We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments if the address provided was correct. 6. Online Discussion Group * Access to the exclusive discussion group is a perk for active subscribers only. * Users must follow the group’s guidelines to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group. 7.
